ABOUT elle, the long story
I guide women to reclaim their sexual energy, embody their truth, and move through the world with authentic magnetism.
I never planned to discover Feminine Embodiment. After ending a long-term relationship, lying in bed one night a small, insistent voice in my head shouted: “Move to Queensland.”
The next day, I quit my job as an Interior design manager, packed what I could into my car, and drove the 2,100 kilometers to the Sunshine Coast. I left behind a relationship that no longer nourished me, a career I wasn’t called to, familiar circles, and everything I had clung to for security.
For the first time in my life, I stood completely untethered.
And it was in that space of absolute freedom that Feminine Embodiment found me.
Immersing myself in this work, I learned to rewrite the stories that had kept me small: my conditioning that taught me my worth depended on performing a role, that pleasure was secondary, and that my intuition was something to doubt.
Feminine Embodiment taught me that my sovereignty is inherent, my pleasure is powerful, and my presence is magnetic.
Now, I live fully aligned with my body, my desires, and my truth. I move through life dripping in rest, radiance, and curiosity, allowing pleasure to guide my way.

My Approach
From this place, I guide women to unlearn the beliefs that taught them to hold back, to return fully to their bodies, and to reclaim sexual energy—not as performance, but as source. This is about authentic sexiness, embodied truth, and moving through the world with curiosity, magnetism, and presence.
