The Best Feminine Embodiment Coaching Program: My Journey From Ops Manager to Embodiment Coach

My honest experience with the school of embodied arts

My relationship with the Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification started long before I ever became a student. Most people discover FEC when they’re looking for a coaching certification or a way to explore somatic work. My path was different. I started on the inside, working as Operations Manager for the company.

For years I’v supported the program behind the scenes, helping students move through their training, answering questions, organising intakes, and witnessing transformations unfold.

I still work as the Operations Manager today while also practicing as a Feminine Embodiment Coach, which gives me a unique perspective on the program.

At first, I thought my role was just to support the work. Over time, I felt called to step into it myself.

What Makes the Feminine Embodiment Coaching Program So Special

On paper, it’s a coaching certification. In practice, it’s an education in how to live, lead, and work from a place of grounded feminine presence.

FEC doesn’t just teach techniques or scripts. It teaches you how to understand the language of the body, work with the nervous system, and guide clients through real transformation using your own embodied experience.

Having known the program from an operational perspective, I can honestly say the depth and integrity of this training is unlike any other training out there.

How I became a Feminine Embodiment Coach

Working inside the company gave me a front-row seat to what this program actually does.

I’v watched hundreds of women move through FEC. Not in a polished marketing way, but in real life. Everyday see women soften, find confidence, reconnect to their bodies, change careers, start businesses, and learn to trust themselves again.

Watching all of this, I realised I didn’t just want to support the work. I wanted to embody it.

After years behind the scenes, I enrolled as a student and became a Certified Feminine Embodiment Coach myself. It felt like stepping into the most natural next chapter of my life.

My personal experience with the program

Even though I knew FEC inside out from a business perspective, going through it as a participant was completely different. It wasn’t just professional development. It was deeply personal.

The program taught me to slow down, listen to my body instead of overriding it, and trust my own inner knowing. I’v become more grounded, more confident, and more at ease in myself.

What I thought would be just another qualification and skill ended up changing how I relate to stress, relationships, work, and move through life as a whole

How FEC shaped my coaching career

Professionally, the program gave me something I didn’t even know I was missing: permission to do things my way.

Moving from Ops Manager into coaching feels natural rather than scary. The training gave me real frameworks and skills, but more importantly it gave me confidence to trust my own voice.

Today, the way I coach, the clients I work with, and the business I’m building are all deeply influenced by what I learned in FEC.

It didn’t just teach me how to coach. It helped me become the kind of friend, mentor, manager I always hoped to be.

Who the program is for

It’s for women who want to work in a more embodied, heart-led, intuitive way, whether they are already coaching or just beginning.

It’s for women who know there’s a deeper way to support clients than just mindset or strategy.
It’s for women craving more self-trust, confidence, and grounded presence in their own lives.
And it’s for anyone who wants professional training that also transforms them personally.

I wont lie, I’m clearly biased. I see FEC from behind the scenes everyday and experienced it myself, so when people ask me about coaching certifications, I can’t help but cheer for FEC every single time.
